Become a certified Mental Health First Aider and gain a deep understanding of what mental health is and what factors can affect wellbeing. The course teaches delegates practical skills to spot the signs of mental illness and gives them the confidence to step in and support a person who needs assistance.
The one-day Mental Health Champion course allows delegates to gain an understanding of common mental health illnesses and have the confidence to promote mental health awareness. The course gives delegates the ability to spot signs of mental ill health and the skills to support positive wellbeing for themselves and others.
This half-day course is an introductory four-hour session to raise awareness of mental health. Delegates will gain an understanding of what mental health is and how to challenge stigma. The course gives delegates a basic knowledge of common mental health issues and teaches them how to look after their own mental health and wellbeing.
The 4-hour MHFA Refresher course is suitable for qualified Mental Health First Aiders and Champions who have attended a training course within the past three years. The course will help to ensure they continue to perform their role safely and effectively.
This highly interactive two-hour training course helps to raise workforce awareness, reduce stress and improve mental health in the workplace.
Aimed at managers and supervisors, this 3-hour interactive course provides awareness of the dangers associated with stress. The course covers current UK legislation and industry best practice, including practical steps that can be taken to minimise, control and manage stress and mental ill health in the workplace.
