An independent MHFA England accredited instructor member who is engaging, articulate, and confident, Penny is passionate about supporting and improving mental well-being in the workplace.

 

Penny works with organisations who recognise the importance of supporting the mental health of their staff and who understand that this approach will foster improvement in their businesses and will help them to manage their people more effectively.

 

From her time working as a stockbroker in the London financial markets Penny understands the pressures of working in high stress environments. She has a broad business background, with experience in finance, construction, education, and in the housing market.

 

Penny helps to support organisations from all industries, both large and small, and has delivered mental health training to a diverse group of individuals from organisations such as housing associations, blue chip corporations, construction companies, independent consultants, HR staff, estate agents, care providers, universities, SME’s, micro-businesses and many more.

 

Penny believes that training is about learning, both from the instructor and from each other, and about enjoying the process, even while discussing very serious and emotive topics.
