This highly interactive awareness course gives delegates a greater understanding of what stress is, how it impacts people and what can be done to reduce work related stress.
Who is it for?
This training is primarily designed for employees, but is also suitable for managers. The course is an interactive mix of theoretical study and practical group exercises.

On completion of the course, delegates will have gained a greater understanding of stress, how it can impact a person and the things that can be put into place by themselves and their employers to reduce stress both at home and in the workplace.
