This course builds upon our Workplace Stress and Mental Health Awareness training course by detailing current HSE legal requirements and best practice for the effective management of stress and mental health in the workplace, and is designed specifically  for managers and supervisors.

 The course is an interactive mix of theoretical study and practical group exercises.

Training is provided in accordance with current United Kingdom Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and National Health Service information, guidance and best practice relating to management of stress, depression and anxiety in the workplace.
